Charlotte Sabrina Evans

Charlotte Evans affectionally known as "Snoop Sister", was born

4 August 1958 in Yokosuka, Japan. She departed this life on 8 August 2025. Known for her independence, strength, laughter, heart and love, she lived her life with intention. She graduated from Castlemont High School, Oakland California, was accepted to Cal State Hayward College but went on to serve in the United States Airforce working in Logistics and the Medical Field. She retired in 1997 as a Technical Sergeant (TSgt) after sewing 20 years. Her government service didn't end there, she went on to work at Brooke Army Medical Center retiring from civil sewice after again sewing 20 years. During this time, she also. attended St. Phillips College, San Antonio Jexas earning her Associate Degree in General Studies. She enjoyed good conversations, crafts, traveling, and departed this life doing something she loved - fishing. Jay. also came from her connection with Family, Friends and her Sister's 4 Life who became her chosen family. She is preceded in death by her fur babies Spanky and Zeus, her parents Andrew and Yoko Wright, and her Brother Michael Wright. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted Husband Michael R. Evans. Children Eboni' LaGarde and Michael E. Evans. Grandchildren Nowell, Gabriel, Jordan and Akira. Siblings Ruby Lopez (Chico), Jody Wright (Raymond) and Al Wright Suzanne). Nephews, Nieces and a host of extended family and friends.
